Ranieri Building Services will help you design your new bathroom or laundry.

They will also arrange all of your plumbing and electrical requirements.
You will also have the options of suppling all of your fixture and fittings if that is your preference or they will provide you with the following options.

• Make an appointment with their supplier and they will walk you through a selection process and advise you which items are included in the pricing structure

• Provide you with a prime cost (p.c) for each item in the contract and you can source your fixtures and fittings from any supplier with in the p.c.  This means if you find a cheaper item it will reduce the outstanding balance of your contract or alternatively if you find a more expensive item this will increase the outstanding balance of your contract (Variations)
